Digital portraits

Your selected HD portrait is available for download as soon as payment is verified. A payment return page alone does not confirm payment. Open your portrait from your account to check its status and save the file.

Three-style sets

The selected portrait unlocks after confirmation. Two companion styles are generated and reviewed separately, so these additional files may take longer. The result panel shows their progress. If a file cannot be delivered, contact us for a remedy.

Digital downloads have no shipping charge. Save your files within 30 days of the portrait being created. Digital file only. Printing and framing not included in a digital purchase.

Custom printed keepsakes

Printed keepsakes are separate orders made from your approved artwork. Production is handled by Prodigi and its printing partners. The product specification, supported destination and available shipping method must be confirmed before an order is paid.

Production and transit

Delivery includes two stages: making the product and shipping it. Carrier transit estimates start after dispatch and exclude production time. The estimate for your selected product and destination will be shown with the shipping quote. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates; holidays, customs and carrier delays can affect arrival.

Shipping charges and destinations

Shipping depends on the item, size, destination and method. Review the item price, shipping charge and checkout total before paying. Any applicable taxes are identified at checkout. Import duties charged by a destination authority may be separate. We do not promise a single shipping rate or delivery window for all countries.

Addresses and tracking

Check the recipient name, street address, postal code and contact details carefully. Contact us promptly to request a correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch has begun. A tracking reference appears with the order when the selected carrier service provides one.

For a parcel that is late, missing or marked delivered incorrectly, contact support with your order reference and confirm the delivery address. We will investigate with the fulfillment partner before arranging the appropriate remedy.
